Settlement services are available at no charge to those who meet the following requirements:

• A permanent resident of Canada or a protected person or a convention refugee and protected person who has been selected for resettlement in Canada
• A temporary foreign worker who holds or received approval of a work permit
• Individuals who are granted a temporary resident visa under the Temporary Public Policy to Facilitate Resident Visas for Certain Extended Family affected by the crisis in Gaza
